TRAINING AND WARM UPS

Here’s What’s Happening

Open Training

is a training session open to certain levels of competition.  It is designed to allow the athletes to get a feel for the equipment and familiarize themselves with the gym.  At Region 4 Championships we offer an open training for levels 8 and above.

Warm-up Touches

These are given to all the athletes right before their group competes. 

OPEN TRAINING – All athletes Levels 8 and Above

Friday

4:00-5:00 PM            Training – Elite, L10, Open Athletes

5:00-6:00 PM            Training – Levels 8 & 9

6:00-6:30 PM            Synchro Training

6:30 PM                     COMPETITION CARDS DUE (or bring them to the competition floor during competition)

COMPETITION WARM UP

Trampoline

Level 1-9: 2 touches

Level 10 - Elite: 15 Minutes

Tumbling

Level 1-7: 2 touches

Level 8 - 9:  3 touches

Level 10 - Elite:  15 minutes

Double Mini

Level 1-7: 2 touches

Level 8 - 9:  3 touches

Level 10 - Elite:  15 minutes
