Here’s What’s Happening

Open Training

is a training session open to certain levels of competition.  It is designed to allow the athletes to get a feel for the equipment and familiarize themselves with the gym.  At Region 4 Championships we offer an open training for levels 8 and above.

Warm-up Touches

These are given to all the athletes right before their group competes. 

OPEN TRAINING – All athletes Levels 8 and Above

Friday

2:30 PM            Training – Elite, L10, Open Athletes

3:30 PM            Training – Levels 8 & 9

4:30 PM            COMPETITION CARDS DUE

Level 1-7: 2 touches

Level 8 - Open:  3 touches

Synchro Levels 9: 1 touch

Synchro Level 10: 2 touches

YE/JR: 3 touches

INT/SR: 3 touches

Syn INT/SR: 3 touches

Syn YE/JR: 3 touches

Tumbling

Level 1-7: 2 touches

Level 8 - Open:  4 touches

YE - SR:  4 touches

Double Mini

Level 1-7: 2 touches

Level 8 - 10:  4 touches

YE - SR:  4 touches
